Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Model (CPM)
Models posted in the repository are in CPM Format. A CPM consists of image data, anatomic model, mesh, boundary conditions, simulation results, and a summary document.
CPM File Format
No widely adopted standard exists for exchanging cardiovascular models for simulation. To facilitate exchange of computational models, a simple XML based file format has been developed with a corresponding specification document.

Software
To demonstrate the utility of the CPM format, a free application (cpmViewer) has been developed to view models created in CPM format. Click on the image below to see the cpmViewer tutorial video in flash player.
Download
64-bit Windows Version (PREFERRED)
To download a precompiled 64-bit version of cpmViewer for Microsoft Windows (Vista 64-bit, Windows 7 64-bit), click HERE. This file is a Windows installer (.msi). You may need to save this file to your local computer before running it depending on your security settings.
NOTE: You should always install this version if you have a computer running a 64-bit operating system.
32-bit Windows Version
To download a precompiled 32-bit version of cpmViewer for Microsoft Windows (Windows XP, Windows 7 32-bit), click HERE. This file is a Windows installer (.msi). You may need to save this file to your local computer before running it depending on your security settings.
